Registration for the next recreational soccer season (2024-25) will begin to register in late June, with practice starting early December. The information of this page has been updated for the 2024-25 season, but is preliminary and subject to change.
We will have our competitive (Heat Striker) soccer tryouts starting on May 6th. For information on this, please visit our Heat Strikers page.
The following information has been updated for the upcoming 2024-25 season.
We offer a Volunteer driven not-for-profit soccer program serving Pembroke Pines, and surrounding areas. Our fields and clubhouse is located at 7400 Pines Blvd (just East of University Drive). We have apx 600 boys and girls who play on teams ranging in age from 4 years old to 18 (if your child is now still 3, we can accept if born in the year 2020). The games are held on one of our six soccer fields, and at other local parks that are affiliated with our club. We are affiliated with the Greater Hollywood Soccer League (Recreational play), and also have travel (competitive) teams playing in South Florida United.
The season runs from early December into April, with no official practices scheduled while school is out during the Christmas holiday break (Practice will start in December, and actual games will begin January). Uniforms will be passed out right before games begin, in early January.
Our U6 co-ed teams will have all practices and games in-house only (they do not travel). All U6 games and practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 6:00 pm. Boys and girls U8 divisions will likely also be played all in house (likely Tues and Thurs at 6:00 pm).
Starting at U8 and older, we aim to have separate teams for boys and girls. Teams will practice at least 2 evenings per week, after 6:00 pm. Each team will be scheduled for at least one game per week, and have approximately 10 games during the season. U10 - U14 games are often played on weekends (mostly Saturday). U16 and U19 teams will often play games Friday nights (U14 girls MAY play Friday nights as well). All U10 - U19 teams will travel to other local parks for some games, and play in the Greater Hollywood Soccer league.
We are sorry we can not specify your actual practice nights, as they will be set by the coaches. However, we often have multiple teams in each division, and will do our best to work with parents that need specific nights. Game times on weekends are set by the league, and we have no way to tell you in advance when they will be. Kick off times will vary each weekend.
* If you live in the City of Pembroke Pines, and to get the in-city rate, you will need to upload proof of Pembroke Pines residency at the time of registration. Proof of residency must be an electric bill, water bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement. NO OTHER FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Registration covers all the cost of uniforms, referee fees, our big year end party, and registration with the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA).
The registration fee does not cover shin guards, cleats, practice socks, and a ball (see below for the ball size)
There will be a small online processing fee which will be charged to you upon registration. This fee is charged by the website service provider and is nonrefundable.
